63rd Jamboree On The Air / 24th Jamboree On The Internet

Sydney Australia 16-18 October 2020

Due to the restrictions caused by COVID-19 the World Scout Movement ran a special JOTI event on the weekend 3-5 April 2020.
Head over to JOTI Live for more details. Chat through Scoutlink Webchat. Listen to some sick beats on JOTI Radio.

The third weekend in October is the Jamboree of the Air (JOTA) and Jamboree on the Internet (JOTI). The last Australian Jamboree had around 11,000 participants, and the recent World Jamboree in the USA had more than 40,000. That's nothing compared to JOTA which is the biggest activity in Scouting, with close to 2.5 million participants from over 170 countries.

JOTA-JOTI is a fun and exciting annual experience for all young people in Scouts and Guides. It is a "travel-free" Jamboree that takes place wherever you are in the world.

Scouts from Garrigal and Northern Beaches Districts and Northern Sydney Girl Guides have held a combined camp on this weekend where they connect with Scouts and Guides across the world using the airwaves and the Internet.
